Terms and Conditions   

Chinamerica Hit Radio Music Format agreement:

1. Station agrees to broadcast the “Chinamerica Hit Radio" network a minimum of three (3) hours weekly, with commercials and other promotional content.

2. Station will be responsible for pulling our 128kbs stream from our website for re-broadcast. (We suggest a dedicated computer).

3. The radio station will permit MOR Media International, Inc. (Producers of “Chinamerica Hit Radio) to use call letters and station information on our website and printed matter to promote the program.

4. When required, station will provide affidavit/proof-of broadcast via pre-printed form provided by the network.

5. Cancellation by either party is 90 days written notice, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

6. Once cancelled, station may no longer re-broadcast any Chinamerica Hit Radio programming.

7. The term of this agreement is for One-Year, renewing annually each anniversary date.

8. MOR Media International is not responsible for failure to deliver the program on a timely manner due to technical malfunctions, Internet traffic, website, or transmission failures beyond our control.

9. This is the full and entire agreement for the rights to broadcast this programming on a locally licensed radio station, network, station group, Internet station, or international facility. If you have read and accept these terms, please check the appropriate box on the application form
